The "Sopravento" Aparthotel is found in Puglia in Margherita di Savoia, a well-known thermo-bathing station frequented in the summer by many tourists from all over Italy and abroad.
The Apulian town is also known for the largest salt pans in Italy and for its important wetland, a favorite habitat for very rare birds such as avocets, herons, black-winged stilts but above all pink flamingos that transform the salt pan into a triumph of colors and of beauty.
Margherita di Savoia is very popular also thanks to the presence of a very modern and well-equipped thermal establishment which, in addition to the traditional inhalation treatments, offers many other treatments for health and beauty care.
THEREABOUTS
A few kilometers from Margherita di Savoia you can visit the most beautiful cathedrals and castles in Puglia including the Cathedral of Trani and Castel del Monte, or places rich in history and culture such as Canne della Battaglia or the Cantina della Disfida in Barletta.
The religious sanctuaries that surround the area are famous, such as those of San Giovanni Rotondo and Monte Sant'Angelo, a pilgrimage destination for millions of faithful.
A few kilometers to the south are the Trulli of Alberobello and the Grotte di Castellana, a World Heritage Site.
Still in the vicinity of Margherita di Savoia, it is possible to spend happy hours at the Acqua Park of Ippocampo or go shopping at the "Outlet Village" shopping center in Molfetta.
